In this video, I show you how I made this ‘Cyberpunk Scout’ artwork in Blender 2.8 using the powerful EEVEE rendering engine. Throughout the video, I make use of interesting Blender features such as SVG imports, alpha-blended materials, as well as the exciting new grease pencil for sketching ideas over the 3D scene.
